[PC] Game freezes every time.

hi, i remember i used to play this game when it launched just fine, on my old windows 7 64 pc.
about a year ago i tried to come back to the game, but every time, at some point, it showed blue screen something-something-memory-dump, i didnt bother too much cause i was busy. (this is not the problem now)
today i thought i'd give it another try. (completely new pc)
i installed it, made a fresh character, and every time, at some point, it freezes.
i can alt tab and end-task it. but the ambiance sounds from the game still remain until i restart my PC.
so far it always happens inside the first lvl5 dungeon, since that's the only quest i got at the moment and i'm trying to clear it.
my pc: win10 64, i7 6700, 16gb ddr4 2133, amd r9 390, on a healthy ssd.
i have no problem with other games whatsoever (GW2, Tera, WoW, Albion, PoE, EU4)
any help would be appreciated. thanks for your time.

so i guess it is expected that the forums are the same thing.
dont waste your time on me, i uninstalled it again...
gonna play something that doesnt crash.
