Question about playing on more than one platform

I’ve been playing on PS4 since I started NW but recently received a Xbox. I was wondering if there are any issues with me playing on both platforms.

I understand that the Xbox I will be stating completely over like a new player and I know I will get none of my PS4 stuff on my Xbox account. What I am wondering is if using the same Acrgames account on both will cause technical issues or if I need to create an entirely new account to play on Xbox?

I play mainly on PC, but I do have a PS4 account that I occasionally log into. I have not had any issues. (both are linked to the same arc forum account)
