Account triple legendary Mount pickup bugged

I purchased the triple legendary mount pack and finally opened it. When I logged in the next day the mounts were claimable on every character as they should be, but once claimed were still claimable. I clicked on it to double check and it would have let me claim more than one.

it's not a big deal is it? if you claim it again just delete the extra.

As it most likely isn't intentional, then yeah it could be.

not really. you can only use it once per toon. it's not like more than one does anyone a lick of good

The only option for a mount claimed again is to discard it. You can't equip it again, you can't sell it, and putting it in the bank is a waste of space. So, it really doesn't matter. There are plenty of other bugs that matter I'd rather see fixed.

Even if bound to account, it still most likely isn't intentional. This also wasn't posted for you all. It was posted to bring to the attention of the devs or whoever might need to see it in case it wasn't intentional and needs something to be done. Let's not pull a Barovia hunt and get people banned.

Turns out I didn't watch carefully enough and they are bound to account on my alt. I would have reported it too since they are unbound when you first choose them from the three pack and there are some on the Trade House.

On july 24 i bind my Swarm account to my character but cant claim with any of my others character list, this on xbox Neverwinter, im new posting so i hope this can be readed for the right person.

The swarm-account now can be claimed for me on xbox, this have been fixed for me at least and wishing for every one who has this bug was solved as well.
