Scroll of Fate, Guild Marks, not giving the 3% bonus, Ticket #177428

in Bug Reports (PC)
I activated the Scroll of Fate, Guild Marks. Then I donated 10 Heroic Shards to the guild coffer. I expected to receive 103 Guild Marks but only got 100.
I submitted the ticket on May 2, 7:07 PDT.

    I don't think they've ever worked in the 3? years since they were added.
