good for what they said in the post of the update right now with full life you live and can be revived, I found this something that you shouldn’t even have moved, but the bugs in which when a mimic appears you turn cocoon and end up spoiling the mechanics of the map. and kind of ironic the first boss is much superior to the last boss - 'totally pointless this att at LoMM

Finally got around to looking over the patch notes and saw the Acturia fight dumbing down change. No wonder I got LOMM 4 times yesterday as I was trying to get REQ done. Lower geared players think they can do it now. But people still leave and the one run where the group got to Acturia, we all left after we saw the bug. A well-geared group can probably still finish the fight with all the rez-sickness, but still aggravating that the cocoon player always go down no matter what the healer does.

It is not worth the frustration! LoMM was made horrible! Not sure why it needed to be nerfed and why it was needed to totally destroy the mechanics of Arcturia fight. Cocoons now CAN NOT BE HEALED! No matter what. And that the mimic are easier to kill is a NOT TRUE! The res sickness decreases the the DPS ability. What more the cocoon can kill more then 1 player if people are close. Killing several players means that there is decreasing less and less damage. We had last night like 4 mimic phases and Arcturia was down only about to 60%. We gave up as it is not worth the aggravation. Let me say this I have run and successfully finished this fight many many many times -- as healer, tank and DPS. There is no way in hell that this was fixed. IT IS BROKEN!!!!!! And yeah I know we are in HELL currently in the game but no need to make the game experience HELL too!

    Oh man!
So, just got out of a 2 hour 43 minute LOMM run with some alliance buddies (yeah, maybe slightly insane, someone decided they wanted to take a couple of lower IL people through for training, with the new "fix")
    I was the healer (cleric).
    96+ million in heals.
Over 1 hour 20 minutes to get past Arcturia.
Mimics... mmmm... maybe a bit easier to kill...
Dunno, I save big hitting stuff for mimics anyway, daily, artifact, mount power... I can usually kill ONE mimic on my own anyway... But, the lower IL people we took through, 21k and 22k IL, they still had some trouble.

    But cocoons...
Oh wow! You have broken them!
Does not matter what your health is when you are in a cocoon. 10%, 50%, 100%, when that baby explodes, you are dead!
Can be revived though, which is a small consolation prize, any food/potion/elixers you've consumed that are not "persist through death" are gone, as is your chain of scales.

I hope they cannot fix this for a long time. The first three nights I got LoMM in REQ so many times each night. One night I didn't even complete REQ. The last three nights, I haven't seen LoMM at all. That's the way I like it.

I thought cocoon bug makes it easier since you can rez the person?

TBH I wish that it turned players who werent healed into butterfly enemies which attacked people lol.\

OK not sure how it is easier. When someone gets rez sickness (skull) looses stats, so the DPS ability is decreasing with each skull. Anybody close to the cocoon also dies when it explodes, so there might be more then 1 death -- that needs to be picked up ... what slows again the progression. With weaker DPS the fight is a nightmare. So no -- this is not easier for anyone. Actually it is much worst for the average DPS that could easily finish it before with a good healer and knowledge of the mechanics.

I assume not because there hasn't been a patch since last Thurs. If you want to do this, work around by doing extreme social distancing with the cocooned player.

Went yesterday to LoMM as healer and the cocoon bug is irritating in my eyes, healed to cocoon to 100% temp HP and even then the player dies but can be ressed at the cost of reduced stats, this means that the more times when same player get cocoon the stats will drop very low to stay a valid asset to group..

I think the responcible dev(s) have messed up the code a bit because these things (stat decreases after death) are normally during ToMM runs
