Soulweaver build for TIC

Is there any actual soulweaver build for TIC? Want to make my own sw able to do it, but all the builds i can found is for tower - second healer without maxing outgoing healing, but with max damage buff.

I do not have the level on my warlock to test it myself, but I'm pretty sure it works well
