Sigil of metallic dragonborn race reroll

Hello it seems there is a bug with the sigil of metallic dragonborn unlock so here is what I experienced I consumed the sigil of metallic dragonborn and then logged out and logged back in but i stayed in the character selection screen and went to my main character and pressed triangle and saw a race reroll token i could use so i used it of course to switch to the metallic dragonborn after doing all the customization i entered into the game and i was exactly how i was before no change to a metallic dragonborn only my stats changed because i chose new stats for metallic dragonborn so not sure what happened very strange occurrence.
