trouble in merchant prince skirmish

i am curious... i have been running merchant prince folly on a regular basis trying to get the scale. but i have noticed the only rewards given are the basic 3 currency rewards. i have not received any of the normal RHG generated rewards in about a month. No pants/shirts or comp gear or even a guild hall plant..... is the skirmish rewards broke? and if so how long will we have to wait for a fix? if anyone else is having issues please post here and maybe the dev team will see it and can comment on when or if they will fix.
