Bhe stronghold reward issue

I managed to do some test about the amount of damage needed to get the reward for the bhe in the stronghold. Today I did multiple runs of bhe in the stronghold with my guild members and I noticed something strange. I did the same amount of damage with my different char in different runs but sometimes I got no reaward (i couldn't claim the reward). I did exactly the same amount of damage. So, the reward of the encounters in the stronghold are obtainable with a minimum amount of damage or what? Is this a bug?

Heroics rate you on three things, according to the Devs back in mod 3 when they were introduced. Damage Dealt, Damage Taken and Healing. There is some hidden 'score' needed to get credit. The Remorhaz encounter in Icewind Pass is proof of that. Every mod seems to work differently on where the Threshold is set though. I've never had an issue witj not getting credit for Stronghold HEs but haven't done them in a while TBH.

What level are your characters? Were the ones that didn't get credit lower than level 80? If you are tooow, you really can't do any damage to the mobs.

Characters were level 72, level 73 and 80. In 3 runs I got the reward on the 71 and the 80 but I got nothing on the 73. The damage dealt to the mob were all the same (for the low level characters). The method was to form a party in the guild. The other party members take out 1 of the 2 boss and leave the last one with 2 segments of the life bar. I managed to test the amount of damage needed to get the reward of every bhe, and at the end, even 1 segment was enough. I died at least 2 times with the character but I got the 2 segments killing the mob. Now, I don't undestand why this method always worked but today, same method, same bhe, same char, same damage... didn't worked.
