The missing link glitch

Hello,
I'm playing Neverwinter on Xbox one the instance in the mission the missing link is glitched. It says fight through abberations to reach their leader. When you get to the end area you cannot enter. It says 4/6 abberations on the screen and the cut screen happens. Soldiers run in and you cannot enter that area. Even if they leach out into the area where I am standing it says you must have a target and they can do no damage to me as well. You can't leave until this is finished so I am stuck waiting here until the lay finally kill it and then the mission will not be marked done in my journal as well. Help!
