Roadmap update- new class surprise ?

Hello everyone.

So after watching the most recent Roadmap update (27/04, around the 21minute mark) it was said that they’re working on a new class, but as of yet, TBD.

This would be great if it’s the big surprise in mid 19. I guess there are other aspects of the game people would prefer as a surprise, however personally this would really reinvigorate playing the game.

What are your thoughts? What class are you hoping it will be?

I’m hoping it’s a Druid. Definitely can see it having healing/ damage paths.

i said jokingly that a new class could be one of the surprises in the roadmap in another thread but i guess now we know it's coming, i don't really care wich one is it as long as it comes, tired of playing the same classes for the last 12 mods, but from what was said it may be a support class


(ps:side note they also said that they don't want warlocks to go toe to toe with cleric and paladin in terms of healing i don't know if that was a joke or not but yeah warlocks still getting the end short of the stick xD )

I noted that about warlock healing. I get it though, and I agree with you, they need to up the warlocks healing niche, so that all forms of healing / support options are appealing. Otherwise Paladins shields and clerics big burst heals will always be more popular.
