Is The Boss Drops from Citadel One per Acct or Character

Title says all please any advice would be helpful by this i mean the bone devil spur, fire of the pit fiend stuff like that

    Clarification is essential here, as only some pieces are really worth it for each toon. I was told on my first run on sat night that you can only take one of each currency per boss per week. I interpret this to mean one devil bone spur from the 1st boss per week and then one from each from the other 2 for a max of 3 per week. Then you can go back and get 1 of each of the others form each boss per week as well.

    I dunno how many of the ToMM currency drop each run, but the IC currency drop rate sounds worse than ToMM, to me at any rate especially when practice run at IC takes 4hr and you still can't finish it. The mechanics at the last boss seem unreasonably hard to me, but then again it is supposed to be the hardest thing in the game right now....
