Panther offense slot bonus “ At wills do 10% more dmg to rooted targets” is not increasing my at will dmg when I root ,I’ve tried testing with no dmg/power bonus gear with the wood weapons on the dummy’s and geared up in the field. I’m getting no at will dmg increase.
1 Tested with all rooting ranger encounters
2 At wills used are storm strike and clear the ground
3 Have also tried using feat crushing roots to prolong root proc .
