There has been a known exploit to this pack where players on Xbox haven been holding down A to redeem two packs instead of the one.
I'm not sure if this is exploited on PC or PS4 but I've seen in public chat a lot of players already successfully done this and claimed two free rank 15 enchantments instead of one.
I would suggest you lock the pack or take it down until the exploit is patched.
