Diamond Exchange is NOT working

I spend $10.00 on Zen to exchange for AstraDiamonds and the Diamond Exchange in in greyscale and won't process the exchange for some reason--- if this is the case how do I get my money back, I haven't spent the 1,000 Zen yet can anyone help???
