Warlock healer and soul spark

i play warlock healer and sometimes when i try to fill the sousls sparks using the rb, i'm using the essence of power feat, sometimes it talks like for example if the enemy dies a few milliseconds after pressing the rb aiming at him i don't get the souls sparks and I have to wait 15 seconds to recharge as if I had received the sous sparks and this also happens sometimes when a stun occurs
