Queue item level bug??!!

in Player Feedback (Xbox One)
several times when i tried to make epic queues that ask for a minimum level of 20k, there was a player with less than 20k, is that a bug? now i just tried to make an epic queue and had a 15k item level player.

    Probably a had a companion summoned that died and they didn't resummon.

    Random queue and direct public queue to a dungeon can have different requirements. You probably reached the same dungeon via a different queue.

    I know if you look at each individual queue it tells you the requirements for that particular queue. So Prophecy of Madness for instance, I got as my random queue, I need to be 14k for that. I got in there with a bunch of 7k's, because there's no minimum to queue for that. I'll let you guess how that went. Lol

    I understand, but if you are under 20k you cannot enter the epic queue, then this garbage system of the game puts you to do dg with a player that has no item level to do the dg doing the dg, since this is how you take it this requirement for the epic queue or decrease the necessary level item, because as this is horrible, I went in to make a spell plage master with 16k item lvl players, that is, not to do it.
