Question: is there a chest in-game somewhere that drops this companion other then getting it from foundry?
Follow up question : Is cryptic working on adding this companion to the trade merchant if there is no dungon in the game to collect it from?

players have been asking me about it and i don't have the answer other then to tell them foundry was removed that companion is exiled from game if cryptic is working on putting it into the trade merchant that would be great news

could we possibly have this as a zen purchase option?

I'd be happy if I could just claim the Foundry rewards I already earned. The minute it went dark none of my alts can claim the titles and cloaks I earned. I know that @terramak keeps saying he wants to get that implemented, but we never hear about any progress.

As for the ioun stone, I don't think it should ever be purchaseable. That was a reward for extremely hard-working and prolific Foundry authors. I was nowhere near earning it when the Foundry went dark, and I certainly shouldn't be able to get one when others worked so hard to earn it.

That said, here's what I find really sad about the Foundry. All of those high-tier rewards required having a certain number of ***Featured*** Foundry quests, and only the devs could Feature your quest. No dev ever Featured any quest after early 2015, four years before the Foundry went dark. Their inaction made earning those rewards impossible for anyone beyond that time.

Isn't it available in game on console? If it is, it should be available in game for PC, too.

The Protector Jubilee Anniversary Companion chest rewards the ICOSAHEDRON IOUN STONE as an option (and for those of us that don't do Foundry). I still have the chest in my inventory and hope the Dev either add this Ioun Stone back into the game or provide us with another companion chest at the upcoming Protector Jubilee.

It might drop from the Juma's Bag o' Chicken in Avernus. So far, I have an account bound Polar Bear, Winter Sled, Shadow Wolf, Acolyte of Kelemvor, Blacksmith, and Pewter Golem just on one of my characters from the bags I have opened. No telling what is inside those bags besides lots of chickens. Juma's marketing franchise manager will not divulge the drops either, the official title is "Juma's Surprise Bag". I am guessing that works like "special sauce" on the McD's hamburger, we all know it is mayo and french dressing mixed, but they won't admit that to us.

For your 100 chaotic writings you stand a good chance to eat another chicken, or get some account bound armor you already own, but there is a fair chance a mount or companion will drop as well. Good cluck!
