Shortchanged on Recruitment Event

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Me and my friend decided to go ahead and run this event together for getting the incentives which we planned to use for storage afterwards. We discovered that getting to level 59 gave the 100 incentives which you can get on 1 character however upon reaching this on the second one I got 99 and he got 100. Why was I shortchanged 1?

    I only got 84 incentives on my second character.

    Just a wild guess, did you buy anything from the incentive trader?
    e.g. companion upgrade token (1 incentive), Mark of Potency, Rank 5 (16 incentive).

    Nope. I waited until I got both to 60. Realized it wasn't giving me the 1 I needed for 200 then bought things.

    This has also happened to me, player name Ares. I got 99 incentives and I can't get the 100th one. Not spent any at all. Really annoying because I want the mount
