Online zen store telling me i need to do more quests?????

I have spent thousands on this game already and am a rank 11 subscriber. What is up with this HAMSTER telling me i need to do quests in black lake district to unlock the zen store. I'm also quit positive that i have already completed thoes zones a few times already on other carecters

    i just noticed when i went to look at transaction history that its telling me i have never buy anything before. I should have ALOT of transactions.

    Where do you see the transaction history?
    Did you login to the 'right' account?

    I only have one account im not a gold farmer. After I loged out of game and back in on an older toon then same with the web sight it let me buy zen. I just came back to forums to check this thread because its doing it again. going to try the login in and out thing

    well turns out you were right i did have a really old account from launch of game and when I tried linking this one to facebook log in some how it linked the old account. You saved me a big headache.
