Cant enter Neverwinter at login screen

I press 'Play' then screen goes to Neverwinter log-in and a second screen pops up demanding I put a one-time machine code, since this is the first time ive used this computer. I am told by this screen that i should have an email with a code and to enter the code. I havent gotten an email concerning this screen as of yet. Sidenote-I have played at least two years ago on this account, but not with this computer.
