Neverwinter skirmish and pvp queues

Ive returned to the game after a couple of years and looking online there are supposed to be skirmish queues and PvP queues.

Its a bit hard to tell if that information is current. i have a lvl 57 that is unable to see any queues besides dungeons and random is this normal?

    Leveling skirmishes were removed last year. PvP is gone except at end game.
