Companion Upgrade Token? How do I use them?

I have a character with 75 of them. How do I use them? They are in his currency/riches tab.

    Use them in companions tab to upgrade. Can use tokens or AD.
    Lvl 35 companion: Epic to Legendary = 120 tokens or 1M AD
    Lvl 30 companion: Rare to Epic = 90 tokens or 500k AD
    Lvl 25 companion: Uncommon to Rare = 60 tokens or 250k AD
    Lvl 20 companion: Common to Uncommon = 30 tokens(?) or 50k AD
