Can't purchase Storm King store item

I unlocked Drive Back the Giants step two days ago, but I still can't buy the chest piece. It is flagged as not complete. Devs suggested I post this here as it is a bug.

    I have just checked it. I cannot buy any "Rotted" gear although I completed the whole SKT campaign and have 16K voninblod.
    However, this might be disable intentionally. If it was not intentional, it would be lucky it is like this.
    1. You can't use it without "restore" it.
    2. It is very painful to go through that.
    3. The gear is out of date. There are easy and better gear available.
