Item missing due to a bug and no help from Support.

I lost a Doohickey which I have owned since june of last year. The GM Twylabite will not look in the logs further than a week for the item I provided a screen shot as proof of ownership. He says screenshots are not proof of ownership and will not look in the logs further than a week. The item disappeared during the Wonders of Gond event. I have screen shots of the item as being locked and a screen shot of the item no longer being able to equip when I switch load outs because it is now missing. I do not know if it was a load out bug or caused by the Wonders of Gond event. How are we supposed to prove ownership if screen shots are not valid evidence and the GM will not look back further than 1 week? I even have a video with the item equipped if that is better proof since it would be harder to fake. I mean its just a Doohickey why would I go through the trouble of trying to lie about owning it when I have 3 more in my mail? Its just the ethics of this item disappearing. This happened to me before with my negation enchantment because of a load out bug. sometime last year. Perhaps you could create a command line that will allow us to dump our inventory log into a image file of some sort since your Customer service reps seem to be lazy.
