Negative speed adjustments in crafting are not correct

noticed that crafting siege supplies take 6 hour to complete, when you have a +100% speed adjustment from crafter you craft in 3 hours (twice as fast), at +200% speed adjustment it takes 2 hours (3 times faster) but when you use as crafter with -.75% speed adjustment it takes 24 hours to complete (4 times slower) It should take 10.5 hours to complete.

+100% speed = your speed is multiplied by 2, so the crafting time gets divided by 2 (2 times faster).
+ 200% speed = your speed is multiplied by 3, so the crafting time gets divided by 3 (3 times faster).
- 75% speed = your speed is multiplied by 0.25, so the crafting time should be divided by 0.25. 6/0.25 = 24.
(Or, in other words, -75% = your speed is divided by 4, so the crafting time should be multiplied by 4).

The math is correct, but I think this "speed" thing is not as intuitive as it could be. A simple "Crafting time reduced/increased by X%" would be much better IMO.

Yeah lol I noticed that yesterday when crafted some event resources... Is just anti-intuitive

I cant stop thinking about how many +200 speed guys willing to work hard in my workshop did send to their houses in last months
