Can we PLEASE have some consistency on the Sybella legacy campaign quests?

It is frustrating to do a bunch of quests for an older campaign, trying to earn Sybella currency, only to realize after completion that they don't actually count towards her campaign.

Sometimes the weekly quest counts (Dread Ring), sometimes it does not (Well of Dragons).
Sometimes the daily repeatable quest counts (Icewind Dale), sometimes it does not (Sharandar).
In campaigns with multiple zones, such as Storm King's Thunder, quests in some zones count (Bryn Shander, Sea of Moving Ice) while quests in some zones don't count (Lonelywood).

There is supposed to be an indicator in the quest journal that indicates whether the quest counts towards Sybella's campaign, but it doesn't always work. It does not work for Storm King's Thunder for example.

Could the devs please standardize this? It would be much appreciated.

I am somewhat maintaining this list of bugs in the campaign. Use it as a reference and if you find anything not listed, post it. Some things have been fixed since I started but not a lot.
