Graphic option "shadows" is causing the game to crash on AMD video cards.

I recently installed Neverwinter after a while, so far so good. The problem is that the game was crashing on my computer and I found in some forums that the graphic option "shadows" was the culprit on AMD cards. My video driver is the last one.

So I disabled the option and the crashes just disappeared and I'm playing for days without the problem.
Please fix this problem in the game.
