How long does it take to get purchased Zen? I bought Zen on Wednesday and still cant access Zen this morning. Any info appreciated. Cheers

    If you are exchanging AD for Zen, it depends on the platform and how much you listed it for. On PC, the going rate is 750 AD per Zen, and there is waiting of around a month due to the backlog. On the consoles, as long as you listed it for the correct amount, there should be no wait, or very little.

    If you purchased Zen with a credit card and it's missing, you should file a ticket with Customer Service. You can do so at: https://support.arcgames.com/
