A way to speed up random queues

on the top right of queue panel add a check box for "Balance my Party". By default have this off, but anyone can see it and toggle it when selecting a queue.

This will allow overflow DPS players to get on an unbalanced team if they prefer. In other words.. once any 5 characters that dont have a "balanced party" check are in the queue they can be assembled. This would speed up the whole queue for everyone. If a tank were to select unbalanced.. they might still be selected as a need for a balanced party ready to go.

I dont think this would be a major problem in RTQ... but some of the dungeons would certainly be 'challenging' with 5x DPS. It puts the player in control.

This could speed up things a bit (for dps), but could lead to frustration if the dungeon is not doable without healer or tank. If people can change roles in an unbalanced queue, it might lead to higher success rates for the dungeons that are difficult without tank or healer ...

It is a good idea but the down side is how players play their classes. Example what happens when you enter a queue like that with a tank and 4 dps and 2 are a warlock and cleric and neither of the two wishes to do healer and so the queue fails because of that. To be fair we each play how we wish to play so in this example you simply can not force them to switch to a healer even though they know if they do it may work but what if they do not wish to or never have.
Queue speed is really on tanks and healers.
Fast queue when you queue as a healer or tank and the longest dreadful queue when your a dps.
If there was away to change this then queues would be fast as they should be.
