I have seen every stat of +8000 from legendary companions except for deflect,does anyone know if there is a legendary companion that gives you +8000 deflect?

    Nope. I'd like to see that too. Deflection is one of the hardest stats to cap.
    The following companions give +4,000 deflect:

    [Priestess of Sune] Defense slot --> Deflection + Accuracy
    [Quasit] Defense Utility slot --> Deflection + Armor Penetration
    [Priestess of Sehanine Moonbow] Defense slot --> Deflection + Awareness
    [Shieldmaiden] Defense slot --> Deflection + Combat Advantage
    [Winter Wolf] Offense slot --> Defense Deflection + Critical Avoid
    [Dancing Shield] Defense slot --> Deflection + Critical Strike
    [Cat] Defense Utility slot --> Deflection + Defense
    [Goat] Defense Utility slot --> Deflection + Health
    [Ioun Stone of Might] Defense slot --> Utility Deflection + Power
    [Air Archon] Offense slot --> Utility Deflection + IHB
    [Blink Dog] Offense slot --> Deflection + Critical Avoid


    The two other major ones are:

    Yojimbo: (defense slot) Increases deflect chance by 4%. Whenever you take damage, your power is increased by 2000 and your deflect chance is reduced by 2000 for 10 second.

    Trobriands Construct: (defense slot) Your Critical Avoidance and Deflect is increased by 6000 for 10 seconds when you enter combat.

    other sources of deflection since its hard to get ..

    scroll of deflect (from the winter event)
    various potions and consumables of deflect .. invoicing blessing give deflect as an option .
    forhammersfavor potion from invocation coins also adds 10% more deflection severity (further reducing damage of a successful deflect ) or used to last time i checked
    needless to say but shadowclad armor enchantment make it easy to get to deflection caps situation ally as well but less reliably
    deflection armor kits .
    guild boon (underwhelming )
    potions of stats boosts X heroism or fate that increases dex therefore increasing deflection
    campfire bonus

    Was gathering the other sources, but something else came up I had to deal with AFK.
