FPS rate - massive drop

While playing, lately I have seen a massive drop in fps. I disable some options in the UI and improve, but the problem continues. Does anyone have or know any solution? Thanks

Two things, windows Version,, XP Vista 7 or 10. Each amd or nVidia Drivers are fixing FPS in the Drivers if you do not change the FPS on the Driver and your display can do more like mine does 120 yours may differ but then the Connections also have something to do here, DVI has 144 Support HDMI 2 has 90, maybe he new 2.1a has 120 now, and Display Port is I think 120 also. funny thing too VR says it needs 90 but won't work with 120 or 144, rally a conundrum there, Why people get sick with VR but not 3D Vision is Wall and Game Curving, its not natural so thats what makes you sick. 3D Vision is Depth and makes the Game play much better

My solution was to format my computer and finally decided. Thank you for your help!

Also about 4 nVidia Drivers ago , seems the FPS was near 300 all the time in many if not all games, then adding he FPS checker it locked.
