Feature Request: Guild / Alliance Ban list

One feature I'd enjoy seeing is a Ban / No Invite to Guild / Alliance feature. So when someone is banned from your alliance and more importantly the guild of said banner. You can't be reinvited without being removed from said list.

This is not a game ban, just a guild / alliance one.. As people do stupid things that guilds don't approve or like, doesn't mean it's game ban worthy.

If this isn't the right area for this.. where is?

    Instead giving invite permission to all guild members, give to trusted officers.
    Make "Not Welcome" player list. Share it with guild officers. And thats it, now you can prevent not welcome players to get in your guild.

    Same method I have seen in over 10 other mmorpg games, all time worked. :)

    Already do that but would certainly make it easier on officers to have the other option
