First time i saw this bug
Think it was about 4 maybe 5 years ago
Description
1 of the members of a certain mob group spawn's inside a catapult (3rd catapult from the start .. on left side as you approach)
This means the party cannot kill it and cannot blow up the catapult due to agro
a work around for this is to go far away and hope you can blow up the catapult from range (does not always work)
Possible solution
Just remove the mob that cause the problem. most parties do not ever fight it anyways. the place it spawns means that you will only see it if you run back and that is rarely needed. So be removing this mob that do not need to be there and serve no pupose you can prevent people that do not know about workaround to Abandon the dungeon.

FORCING the majority of your player base to play 4 mod old dungeons and trial will have a bad result on player base
Changes are getting so bad i would rather prefer no new changes (RIP ICE FISHING in winter fest)
