There is annoing issue with Feat - Sudden Verdict on Arbiter.
It SAYS it gives a chance to INSTANTLY* fill a judgement.
First. its really bad to make feat that is pure luck and huge chunk of Arbiters damage depend on it. (make it every third ecnouter or something, not 25%)
But main reason I decided to write this post is how badly it (doesn't) works.
Problem is, when servers are laggy (nearly all the time for EU playres) that judgements doesn't fill up fast enough, sometimes it takes over 3 seconds, and when we use Encounter before it fills up with this Feat, we don't get full benefit from all 6 Judgements.
It should be easily fixed, by changing it from charging one by one, to actual INSTANT* max 6 stacks like description claims.
