frozen screen after someone use the yellow artifact on the ground

I just want to know if anyone else have this problem. If i am in CoDG or anywere else with a lot of people, a team member drops the artifact ( a huge yellow circle on the ground) my screen get frozen. I hear the music, battle sounds but on my screen nothing happend. It show the last thing what was going on before my screen get frozen. My graphic is set>> on low. If i set it lower i be back in 1990 JK.. it can't be lower Any solutions¿ Thank you in advance

there is a topic in bug report about the framerate in CoDG. I told there what happen when i am in CoDG and hope someone will see into it and fix it

This was a problem back when they first introduced CODG and Tiamat, certain graphics will freeze, crash, lost sound, and it lag.

A potential fix is to reinstall the game (I did this and was able to fix). Additionally try to play the game/instances at lowest graphic settings via in game option. Also try to revert back to previous DirectX versions.
