Dear devs, this skill after use don't start cooldown, just pulse in the window and can't use again. If you know how to fix please do it.

    I noticed this on Xbox the other day. Either wouldn't cast or, when it did, no visual and no damage numbers.

    That is why I stopped using BoVA months ago, kept running into it on ToNG
