Castle Ravenloft

Me and my friends (there was 4 dps (ranger warden, rogue, warlock, wizard and paladin heal) went privately to the Castle Ravenloft. First time complete for all of us. Dungeon it self went smoothly. After we defeated the final boss we tried to open the chests and noticed that two of us (me the ranger and our wizard Lord of the Lance) couldn't open either one of them. Me and Lance couldn't leave through the portal or use our vip singposts to leave. Also I couldn't pick up what ever the boss did drop (not sure about Lance).

I have video about it, but I'm not sure how to post it here.

    Guys, I finished the Ravenloft campaign. However, it is not possible to reach the Ravenloft castle to kill Strahd Von Zarovich. Luteli with her to save Ireena, but she can't get back there, what should I do?
