Soulmonger Ampoule stuck in Overflow - Fixed

Completed CoDG, Soulmonger goes to Overflow bag. I have empty slots in bags, empty lots in bank, but anytime I try move it I get the 'That item does not go there. Inventory full'

I cannot discard it bank it move it.

I have logged out done a file check logged into alternate characters and still stuck with this.

How can I lose it as it is not wanted required or needed.

Your "Other Currencies" inventory (the same where Reroll Tokens go) is probably full (yes, there is a limit, but the limit is not shown for Cryptic reasons). Discard or sell something in there (like the bounty currency for leveling areas) and you'll probably be able to remove the Ampoule from your overflow bag.
