Warlock problems

I have problems with my warlock to continue in battle even if the fight has ended . Can't mount up , health doesn't regenerate a.s.o . Only way to get out of combat is to shadow slip away from the "crimescene".
It happens in every zone I am in in Neverwinter , doesn't happen on my other chars .
Similar happend in Omu at release with a weapon I believe . Problem started previous patch after hard reset on character (warlock only )
Reset boons , powers and abilities doesn't make a difference .
Anyone else have similar problems ?

    Haunted Hides of the Hall is your equipped armor? If so, swap it out. It is known to bug you like that.

    No , don't have , or had it equipped . Problem occured in the last 4 days .

    then: Infernal Offering Helm... it is technically the same bonus - and causes the same issues
