Quests for rat coins are unobtainable for characters that did it last year.
New Year's Boar is NOT reclaimable from the zen store after purchase on other characters and it is supposed to be. If you buy it, it only works on one character and cannot be reclaimed like other mounts and event mounts from zen store.
