Demonic summoning gives rough astral diamonds

Not sure if this is a bug or not but I'm getting 1150 rough astral diamonds every time I complete the demonic summoning heroic in vallenhas.

    Do you have the Traveler's Treasures Bonus active on any of your mounts? Trained Basilisk or Apparatus of Kalawash - three Enlightened insignias.

    I do not have any of those.
    Its not showing up on the rewards list but in the bottom right corner of the screen you can see its being added

    I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY OF THE ROUGH ASTRAL DIAMONDS IN MY BAGS, none
