Does the "Devils Hold/Find Pick in Ruins" Avernus Quest bug out if repeated multiple times?

Hi, First two times I got this quest went fine, the third time on a different day neither the cave entrance to the Glyphworks or the pick which I located in the Devils Hold ruins were activated for me. I was maxed out on seals and crests at the time is that the reason why?

    No. The pick moves.

    There is no pick out there and I can not progress in the campaign because of it.

    Pick used for the Yellow unlock quest is on the edge of the island, outside the ruined walls. It is on the left side if you are facing from the stairs going up.

    The pick for the repeatable weekly quest is to the right. Instead of going up the stairs, follow the road to the right and then as you are about to leave the blue circle, look in a ruined building to the left. It is in the middle if the building. an eyrinyes spawns there but seems to have slow respawn timer.

    I had a similar issue where I had found the pick but could not Interact with it. Turns out that it was not the correct pick as there was a 2nd one which I could interact with

    The map co-ordinates are 2787,5363 for weekly pick.
