Dead spots in inventory

After maintenance tuesday I noticed I have some slots in my inventory that cannot be used. They show as empty, but when I try to put something there I get an 'inventory full' message. Picking up items or gathering profession items also avoids these locations.

I have only had one spot that is not working per character, and only on some of my characters. Also, they are at different locations and on different types of bags. This will likely be a nightmare to debug, but that's all the info I have.

I reported it tuesday and devs have acknowledged and verified that the bug exists.
