Outdated equipment - where to start?

After a longer break I want to start to play NW again. Unfortunately so much has changed
Most of my equipment is still from M16, same with companions and mount powers.

Can someone suggest where to start / what to aim for as a CW? I guess Bondings R15 is an early goal? Where do I get companion equip nowadays? Which companions are BiS? I am aiming for BiS and I have enough AD to spend I think so every guide / calculation about BiS is appreciated

His stats are TOMM and I don't think he's changeing them for the new content.

Only thing I would change gear wise is the rusted boots (?) I think they called replacing my boots and maybe the vivified arms for the new arms which give ~11k power.

Only thing I would change gear wise is the rusted boots (?) I think they called replacing my boots and maybe the vivified arms for the new arms which give ~11k power.

and the 'breast' for the 'Scavenger's Robes' (drop from the Terminus HEs/Undermountain or from the 'Slime-covered Gear pack' (campaign store/<76 chars only)) which (still) give 10 stacks of power ...
