Question: Is the new Rimefire Weaving (lowering the enemies Damage Reduction) separate from what is done via the normal Armor Penetration stat?
With Directed Flames being nerf'd, I am wondering if Rimefire Weaving is any good, or if it legit is useless if you have your Arm Pen capped.
