Powers reset bug

justtester

1. Do first login (since NW.120.20200106A.2 patch) on your character affected by powers reset.
   
2. Spend your time setting back your paragon path, feats, boon points and so on.
   
3. Switch loadout.
   
4. Your previous loadout will be resetted once again!
   

Fortunately, it happens only one time since first login.
