Penetrating Arrows does not target correctly.

This has been a problem since the ability was introduced with mod 16. Penetrating Arrows has a buggy target mechanism so that it's useless if the player and target are on different vertical levels. Please fix it. It's only been like a year, so since this is an HR bug and the class never gets any real attention I'm expecting a fix sometime around 2027.

I keep seeing this one pop up on here every few months now. Will Snooks is getting a tad upset the Penetrating Arrows can't seem to be focused on what he is aiming at, all the while his other At Will shots can curve and hit something around a corner. Can anyone tell me why I need a reticle, if I cannot miss the target? I hope someone is working on Penetrating Arrows for mod 18.
