New potion for leveling zones.

xenocide

A potion sold at each areas consumable merchant which will scale me down to the level of the zone. This would be for players who would like to go back and do the story quests that they skipped because they had over leveled the zone.
IE. Ebon downs, the chasm, ect.

I wouldn't mind going back to finish these quests up its just not going to be much fun at level 80.
