Race Re-Roll Tokens unavailable

I cannot choose the race re-roll option from my character selection screen. I did report this in a help desk ticket. They could not help me and suggested I post here. They confirmed that I have two race re-roll tokens available on my account.

I have tried logging out and back in, as well as switching between characters without logging out and back in. This has been an issue for several weeks.

When you say, 'logging out' do you mean fully closing the client and restarting it? That is the usual thing that has to be done. Close the client fully, restart, select character in the list and then use right click menu. If you have tried that and it didn't work, then I haven't heard of anything that would work.

Also, after you logout (as exit the client) and log back in, you need to do the re-roll right the way when you see the character selection screen the first time. If you go into a character and then come back, it won't work.

Thanks everyone, trying when first starting the client worked. It had been several weeks, so I had thought that closing the client in between sessions might have done it, but choosing the re-roll as soon as I logged back in worked.
